Cobalt® BBG-1002-UDX 3G/HD/SD-SDI Standalone Up-Down-Cross Converter/Frame Sync/Audio Embed-De-Embed z Multi-Input Auto-Changeover zapewnia samodzielną jednostkę o dużej gęstości, która oferuje bezprecedensową wielokanałowość -wsparcie wejściowe i elastyczność. Wiele portów wejściowych SDI umożliwia ręczny wybór wejścia lub przełączanie awaryjne na alternatywne wejścia (Auto-Changeover) w przypadku utraty warunków wejściowych. 

Z opcją +ANC , BBG-1002-UDX oferuje pełne usuwanie i osadzanie dodatkowych pakietów danych VANC/HANC dla strumieni 3G/HD/SD-SDI. Łatwy w użyciu interfejs umożliwia bezpośredni dostęp do lokalizacji DID i SDID w celu wyodrębnienia lub wstawienia danych użytkownika, takich jak PTZ kamery, SCTE 104, odczyt/wstawianie napisów kodowanych, GPI/GPO przez ANC lub inne wyspecjalizowane ładunki użytkownika. Dane mogą być pobierane i umieszczane na karcie z pominięciem skalera (tryb Bridge) lub wprowadzane i/lub pobierane do zewnętrznego interfejsu za pośrednictwem interfejsów szeregowych lub IP.

Opcja kontroli jakości +QC umożliwia przełączanie awaryjne na alternatywne wejścia w oparciu o subiektywne kryteria konfigurowane przez użytkownika, takie jak czarna/zamrożona ramka. Na wyjściu wideo można wstawić dwa dyskretne ciągi znaków, przy czym każdy ciąg jest wstawiany jako tekst statyczny i/lub wstawiany tylko po LOS. Z opcją + T-SLATE, oprócz standardowego wstawiania wzorca testowego jako wejściowy znacznik zdarzenia LOS/jakości, obsługiwany jest również import grafik problemów użytkownika. Wstawianie ruchomego pola może służyć jako dynamiczna kontrola pewności rastra, nawet jeśli wejściowy obraz wideo jest statyczny. Standardem jest wykrywanie nieobecności/obecności z napisami zamkniętymi, które umożliwia wykrywanie nieobecności lub obecności CEA 608/708 i linii 21 SD CC, z działaniami zdarzeń składającymi się z GPO, zautomatyzowanych działań alertów e-mail lub ustawień wstępnych użytkownika karty lub innych działań.

Skaler konwersji w górę/w dół/poprzeczny jest specjalnie zaprojektowany do transmisji wideo w formatach progresywnych i z przeplotem, z pełną kontrolą ARC odpowiednią do konwersji do lub z proporcji 4:3 i 16:9. Optymalizacja 3:2 pulldown pozwala ramce A na użycie wyrównania skorelowanego z odebranym kodem czasowym lub zewnętrznym wejściem 6 Hz przez GPI. Przetwarzanie AFD może wykryć przychodzący kod AFD i odpowiednio ustawić skalowanie, aby śledzić za pomocą AFD. Opcja Linear Frame Rate Conversion +FRC umożliwia konwersję między praktycznie dowolnym formatem SD/HD/3G – od 525/625i do 1080p i wszystkim pomiędzy – z konwersją do iz NTSC i PAL dostępną dla wszystkich formatów wejściowych i wyjściowych. BBG-1002-UDX zapewnia również analogowe wejścia i wyjścia wideo CVBS oraz osadzanie i usuwanie dźwięku AES/analogowego.

Opcja +TTS zapewnia wysokiej jakości syntezę Text-To-Speech, bezpośrednio konwertując tekst EAS na cyfrową mowę dźwiękową bez przerywania sygnału pasma podstawowego lub dodatków. Łączy się ze standardowymi w branży systemami folderów Windows Share w celu odbierania niezastrzeżonych plików tekstowych, XML lub podobnych zwykłych plików tekstowych oraz konwertuje i wstawia realistyczny dźwięk ludzkiego głosu do kanałów audio skonfigurowanych przez użytkownika. Opcja +EAS zapewnia idealne rozwiązanie do kluczowania przeszukiwania tekstu Systemu ostrzegania o zagrożeniach (EAS) w aktywnym wideo. Opcja +EAS bezpośrednio konwertuje szeregowe dane tekstowe przeszukiwania z generatorów EAS (takich jak Sage™ lub Dasdec™) do wstawiania przewijanego tekstu z kluczowaniem. Konfigurowalny przez użytkownika kolor tła wypełnienia i rozmiar tekstu można skorelować z istotnością zdarzenia. Opcja +EASzapewnia wypalanie indeksowania EAS bezpośrednio ze standardowych urządzeń EAS, takich jak Sage™.

Emergency Alert System Text Crawl Generation Option (+EAS) – Provides a single-device solution for keying Emergency Alert System (EAS) text crawls in the active video and inserting station identification logos. Compatible with Sage™, Dasdec™, and other EAS crawl generators, with automated control insertion via presence of crawl data or GPI.

Key/Fill Keyer Option  (+KEYER) – Provides keying using independent SDI inputs for key and fill signals. A separate preview SDI output is provided for observing key results before applying to program video output. Alpha Threshold mode allows full-color key/fill using low-cost PC-based graphics host where the same signal provides a shared key/fill input.

Linear Frame Rate Conversion (+FRC) – Provides comprehensive high-quality standards conversion utilizing Cobalt’s linear frame rate conversion to convert between virtually any SD/HD/3G format.

Trouble Slate Import Option (+T-SLATE) – Allows uploading of up to three different user trouble slate graphic file to card, with automated insertion controlled by GPI or other events.

Logo Insertion Option  (+LOGO) – Allows uploading of user logo graphic file to card, with automated insertion controlled by GPI or other events.

Clean and Quiet Switching Option (+CQS) – Provides automatic audio muting during switching transitions from one SDI input source to another to provide silence between input switches.

Audio LTC I/O Option (+LTC)

Extended Frame Sync Delay Option (+DLY) – Increases frame buffer to provide adjustable audio/video delay buffer capacity to over 9 seconds for SD video, 1.5 seconds for HD video, or 0.8 seconds for 3G video.

SCTE 104 Insertion Option  (+SCTE104) – Provides generation/insertion of SCTE 104 data into baseband SDI. Message send can be triggered from automation GPI or other modes. Full control of splice start, end, and cancel as well as pre-roll offsets.

SCTE104 Frame-Accurate SCTE Trigger Insertion Option (+SCTE104-FAST) – Uses Time Stamp data derived from broadcast automation and timecode to provide deterministic, frame-accurate Digital Program Insertion (DPI) message embedding into SDI. The linear channel is output with precise metadata marking the beginning and ending of each program and commercial segment, optimizing it for automatic dissemination to CDN and VOD systems.
